Edible City was founded as a Life Trust Ministry in January 2008.  Edible City is a tax exempt organization and is qualified to receive tax deductible donation under IRS Code Section 508(c)(1)(A).

Edible City provides raised beds, garden spaces and edible landscaping services for individuals and families. Our mission is to aid individuals, families and communities to adopt a proactive, preventative health care program with an emphasis on increasing the amount of nutrient dense, organic fruits, herbs, vegetables and berries in the diet, increasing the amount of neighborhood social interaction, increasing the amount of outdoor physical activity and emphasizing sustainable choices in all decision making processes.

We understand that proper care of the Earth automatically involves proper care of individuals and that the health and vitality of the individual is directly proportional to our ability to be proper Stewards of the Earth and the bounty that it offers to humanity as well as all of the creatures which we share this planet with.  The principles of Life encompass both the physical and metaphyscial worlds and with this understanding we enter into service through our Love for one another and the beautiful planet we call home.
